Our 5 & 7 bedroom properties are all HMO licensed properties, inspected by the local Council. This licensing requires the highest standards of safety and verify the integrity of the owners and management. Our 4 bedroom properties do not require this licensing but are developed to comply with the HMO standards.

We are accredited landlords with UCLAN and are also members of the National Rental landlords Association.
