Student Dens is a family run business, who own and manage high quality student accommodation across Preston.
Students Dens has six properties in Preston, from 4 up to 7 bedrooms. All are ideally located within minutes of the University campus and a short walk into the town centre.
All bills are included in the monthly rent cost, so you won’t need to worry about those.
Our properties are designed to provide you with a comfortable and stylish home, with open plan communal spaces and ample sized bedrooms complete with a bed, lamp, wardrobe, full desk set-up, and additional storage.
We pride ourselves on being fair and trusted landlords. Our properties are always kept in good order by our property manager, Ethan and he’ll be on hand to deal with any queries or concerns from our residents.
We use the mydeposits scheme to keep your deposit safe and provide you with peace of mind that it will be returned promptly and in accordance with the lease agreement once your checkout is complete.
Our 5 & 7 bedroom properties are all HMO licensed properties, inspected by the local Council. This licensing requires the highest standards of safety and verify the integrity of the owners and management. Our 4 bedroom properties do not require this licensing but are developed to comply with the HMO standards.
We are accredited landlords with UCLAn and are also members of the National Rental landlords Association.
